Dual specialization: Workplace Design & Performance; Teaching, Learning, & Leadership.
This graduate work strengthens the way I analyze performance needs, design learning experiences, support workplace behavior change, and connect instruction to measurable business outcomes. The dual specialization bridges two sides of learning design: Workplace Design & Performance focused on business and organizational learning, while Teaching, Learning, & Leadership strengthened my grounding in pedagogy, andragogy, K-12, higher education, and learning leadership.

This degree gives me a cross-functional foundation for the kind of work I do now: understanding business needs, working with technical concepts, and organizing projects so people can move from ambiguity to action. Scrum Alliance positions CSM as a credential for people building scrum master skills, adopting scrum, and applying hands-on agile practices in their work. I use this learning to strengthen team flow, facilitation, role clarity, and practical agile execution.
CompTIA Project+
CompTIA describes Project+ as validating hands-on IT project management skills for coordinating small- to medium-sized projects using waterfall and agile methodologies. I use this credentialed foundation in project planning, status tracking, risk visibility, stakeholder follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.
CompTIA A+
CompTIA describes A+ earners as proven problem solvers able to perform critical IT support tasks, including device configuration, operating system support, data backup and recovery, malware removal, privacy concerns, and service troubleshooting. I use this foundation in technical support, customer-facing problem solving, and clear troubleshooting communication.

Apple Certified IT Professional recognizes the knowledge needed to deploy, manage, and secure Apple devices at scale in large organizations. I use this learning to strengthen my understanding of Apple deployment, device management, security, enterprise integration, and Mac deployment needs.
